- Can I send traffic to web sites using VirtualFunds.com for payment processing?
Yes, you may sign up at the site owner's program site. VirtualFunds.com does not handle direct signups for programs.
- Does VirtualFunds.com offer Affiliate Stat tracking?
Yes, we do, but only for web site programs that do not have a proprietary tracking and reporting system in place.
- Who sends me a check for my payouts?
If the program manages its own payouts or uses a third party cascading system, the site owner sends your payouts to you directly. If the site owner utilizes our reseller admin, then we will administer payments on behalf of the site, should the site owner choose. Payments are sent each Tuesday, except for post office or bank holidays, after a hold period of 15 days.
- Where can I get my linking codes?
You may access linking codes through the programs administration pages that you are promoting.
- How are my payments sent?
Once you've reached the minimum payout of $50.00 (US), we can send you your payments in any of the following mediums: check, wire transfer, and PlatinumMoney.
- How much do you charge for payments?
Paypal and standard checks via USPS are free. Checks sent overnight via Federal Express are $15 if the check amount is under $2000, or free if $2000 or more. Wire transfers are $20 if the payment amount is under $2000, or free if it is $2000 or more.
- How do chargebacks and refunds affect me?
Let's say you referred a $100 membership to a site offering a 50% commission percentage (just to make the math easy). You would earn $50.00 for that sale.
Now, if that consumer charges-back or requests a refund, we debit the money from the site owner and the reseller who referred the transaction. So you would then see a -$50.00 in your stats, leaving you with a $0.00 balance.
In a nutshell, we pass along the price of the charged-back or refunded item, commensurate with the commission percentage you were at when the sale was processed.
As for chargeback and refund fees, these are only attributed to the Client, so you will never see these in your stats. If you have any questions about how any of this works, please don't hesitate to contact us with your questions.
